Basic technical data like device type and app version, so we can fix bugs.

To make Disha better at helping you — remembering your weak topics so the next explanation is more useful.

That's it. We don't use your data for anything beyond making Kratvix work for you.

Conversations with Disha are private. Teachers and parents cannot read what a student asks Disha.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Only authorized school staff can see ERP data for their own school — never another school's data.

Kratvix follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including its rules for children's data.

Schools act as the verified guardian relationship for student accounts created through them.

We collect only what's needed to run the ERP and Disha — nothing extra, ever.

We never sell student or parent data to anyone, for any reason.

We never use student data for advertising — Kratvix has no ads.

We never share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can ask us what data we hold about you.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to records your school is legally required to keep.
